Job summary

AccorHotel is seeking a proactive F&B Guest Relations Executive to enhance guest experiences and support both guest-facing and administrative duties within the Food & Beverage department.

You will assist operations across F&B outlets, help guests with menu selections, and manage departmental records. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist F&B operations by providing warm, professional, and attentive service across outlets.
• Assist guests with menu selections and provide accurate information on items, beverages, promotions, and prep methods.
• Handle F&B inquiries and direct to the appropriate outlet or department.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes and other departmental documents.
• Maintain accurate F&B files and records; assist with menus and F&B materials printing.
• Create and maintain departmental databases including supplier, guest, and business contacts.
• Coordinate with other departments to support F&B and Culinary operations.
