Job summary

AROUND THE BLOCK INVESTMENTS LLC in Dubai seeks a talented Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience in F&B/hospitality to craft menus, posters, social media assets, packaging, and in-store visuals.

You will collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure brand consistency across print and digital media, and help develop visuals for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in F&B or hospitality
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Strong understanding of branding, composition, color theory, and typography
• Experience in digital and print design production
• Creative flair with an eye for detail and aesthetics
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with social media formats, trends, and visual storytelling techniques
• Basic photography and video editing knowledge is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Design and produce creative materials including menus, promotional posters, social media graphics, packaging, and in-store visuals
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop designs that align with brand goals and campaign strategies
• Ensure brand consistency across all print and digital platforms for multiple F&B concepts
• Create and update visual content for social media, websites, newsletters, and digital advertising
• Develop creative assets for seasonal promotions, events, and product launches
• Work closely with photographers, videographers, and content creators to ensure cohesive visual storytelling
• Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines, templates, and visual standards
• Adapt and resize designs for different formats, ensuring visual quality and proportion across channels
• Prepare final artwork for printing and coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Stay updated with design trends, typography, color theory, and F&B branding innovations
• Support the creation of pitch decks, presentations, and internal communication materials
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion
• Maintain a well-organized digital archive of all creative assets and project files
• Provide design support for new concept development and brand identity creation
