Job summary

Millennium Hotels and Resorts in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a talented graphic designer to translate design requirements into on-brand visuals across digital and print assets. You will collaborate with marketing leaders to ensure consistency and timely delivery of designs.

You will create engaging designs for social media, websites, presentations, and promotional materials while upholding brand guidelines and quality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Communications / Marketing & Communications Manager to understand design requirements and objectives
• Conceptualize and create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various marketing materials, including digital and print assets
• Translate conceptual ideas into high-quality design solutions, ensuring a consistent and cohesive visual identity
• Produce engaging and effective designs for a range of platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and promotional materials
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality and creativity
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project timelines
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute creative input
• Work closely with printers, photographers, and other external partners to ensure the successful execution of design projects
• Review and provide feedback on design drafts, making necessary revisions based on feedback from stakeholders
• Assist in maintaining a visual asset library and organizing design files for easy accessibility
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the visual representation of the brand across various channels and touchpoints
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation
• Adhere to the company&s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies
