Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cashier in F&B or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of billing procedures and cash handling.
• Proficiency with POS systems and receipt processing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest bills, payments, refunds, and transactions accurately.
• Process cash, card, and other approved payments according to procedures.
• Ensure bills are prepared, checked, and presented to guests.
• Maintain accurate cash float, daily sales records, and cashier reports.
• Balance cash, card slips, and system transactions at end of shift.
• Coordinate with service team to ensure correct billing and order charges.
• Handle guest inquiries related to bills and payments politely.
