ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Manager, External Communications to shape and deliver external messaging, manage media relations, social media engagement, and external campaigns that reflect the company’s priorities, brand values, and strategic initiatives.

You will lead a team of 15 communications professionals, develop narratives, coordinate with executives and HQ communications, ensure alignment before release, and safeguard the corporate reputation through proactive outreach.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, journalism, marketing, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree or professional certification in Strategic Communications, Digital Marketing, or Corporate Communications is preferred.
• 12 years of progressive external communications experience in corporate or government settings.
• Experience in media relations, developing strategic communication plans, and leading social media initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage crisis communications and protect corporate reputation under pressure.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, including government entities, media, and external agencies.
• Strong leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact communication programs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead external communication programs across external media channels.
• Deliver integrated PR programs articulating key messages, business priorities, and growth initiatives.
• Develop narratives and messages aligned with the corporate narrative.
• Define and prioritize channels and stakeholders to drive external communications.
• Build relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee editorial content for reports, press releases, brochures, social media scripts etc.
• Coordinate with executive management and HQ communications for approved releases.
• Develop long-term social media and digital marketing strategy in line with goals.
• Lead community management and monitor social sentiment.
• Own management of owned channels including SEO and organic search.
• Coordinate content with brand/design teams for digital assets.
