• Experience leading in high-achieving international schools.
• Proven ability to inspire staff, pupils, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Expressive Arts Faculty to maintain high academic and artistic standards.
• Oversee staff development, budgeting, and resource allocation for the department.
• Drive curriculum development, cross-disciplinary projects, and use of new technologies.
• Ensure safeguarding and pupil welfare meet Harrow policies and UAE regulations.
• Represent Expressive Arts across school and external partnerships.
