Job summary

Harrow International School Abu Dhabi seeks an exceptional Director of Inclusion to join the founding team and drive inclusive practice across SEND, ELL and G&T provision. You will collaborate with teachers, parents and external specialists to ensure every pupil can thrive academically, socially and personally in line with Harrow’s values.

Based in Abu Dhabi, you will lead strategic policy development, oversee identification and assessment, ensure ADEK compliance, and maintain accurate records,

Qualifications

• Experience leading SEND, ELL and G&T programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the School’s SEND, ELL and G&T policy.
• Lead the strategic direction and development of SEND, ELL and G&T provision.
• Advise senior leadership on matters relating to inclusion and ADEK compliance.
• Foster a culture of inclusion and diversity within the school.
• Use data to monitor, review and refine SEND, ELL and G&T provision.
• Identify, assess and monitor pupils with additional support needs.
• Coordinate diagnostic assessments and maintain records.
• Ensure all statutory and school requirements related to Inclusion are met.
