Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to hire supplier managers who will train language models on professional documents, spreadsheets and slide decks. This remote role requires 4+ years in procurement with direct ownership of RFPs/RFQs and vendor contracts and SLAs, delivering high-quality document work and clear communication.

Work fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week and ASAP start. Compensation is $70/hour, with opportunities to influence vendor scoring, spend analysis, risk

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced supplier managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for supplier managers with 4+ years running sourcing and supplier-management processes to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: RFP and RFQ drafting, vendor-scoring and evaluation matrices, supplier-contract and SLA review, spend-analysis reports, vendor-risk assessments, and category strategy and savings-pipeline reviews.

$70/hour
