Responsabilités

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows (RFI responses, solicitations, past-performance narratives, pricing submissions, capture plans, executive summaries).
• Lead responses to public-sector RFIs, RFPs, and solicitations to win government contracts.
• Ensure high-quality written communication and precise attention to detail across all deliverables.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced bid managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for bid managers with 5+ years responding to public-sector RFIs, RFPs, and solicitations for government contracts to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: RFI responses, solicitation compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, pricing volume submissions, capture plans, and proposal executive summaries.

$100/hour

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
