Responsibilities

• Develop and refine capacity planning models and inventory forecasts for ongoing projects
• Create SOP playbooks and business cases to reduce cost and cycle time
• Produce high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for operations workflows
• Map workflows and readiness checklists to support operational execution

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced operations managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for operations and process improvement professionals with 4+ years in operations management, capacity planning, or continuous process improvement to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: capacity planning models, standard operating procedure playbooks, workflow process maps, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, process improvement business cases, and operational readiness checklists.

Compensation

$70/hour

Commitment

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
