Job summary

Ethos is looking for an experienced learning and organisational development manager to help train our latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You will design and refine corporate training, onboarding programs, and learning curricula while creating evaluation rubrics to measure progress.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours (5-20 per week) and ASAP start. Compensation is $70 per hour, with a focus on high-quality, detail-oriented documentation

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced learning and organisational development managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for learning and organisational development managers with 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: new-hire onboarding playbooks, training facilitator guides, learning curriculum outlines, course completion and engagement tracking spreadsheets, manager enablement decks, and skills assessment rubrics.

Compensation

$70/hour
