Qualifications

• 10+ years in Enterprise Performance, Corporate Performance, Transformation, Business Performance, or Management Consulting.
• Experience designing Balanced Scorecards and KPI frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead large transformation programs and drive improvements.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the enterprise performance management framework, including governance, KPIs, and reporting standards.
• Lead deployment of Balanced Scorecards and KPI frameworks across functions.
• Establish performance measures, targets, and accountability mechanisms aligned with strategy.
• Develop executive dashboards and performance reporting for informed decision-making.
• Lead and grow a small Enterprise Performance team and influence leaders to drive accountability.

The Opportunity

Working closely with senior leadership, you will help shape how performance is measured, managed, and improved across the organization.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a performance builder, not a performance reporter.

The ideal candidate understands that performance management is not about producing dashboards or tracking KPIs—it is about enabling the organization to proactively deliver its strategic ambitions. They have successfully built performance management capabilities, embedded accountability mechanisms, and driven measurable improvements in organizational performance.

This role requires someone who can lead from the front, influence stakeholders at all levels, challenge underperformance constructively, and turn performance insights into action.

Key Accountabilities

• Design and implement the enterprise performance management framework, including Balanced Scorecards, KPIs, governance processes, and reporting standards.
• Establish performance measures, targets, and accountability mechanisms aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead the deployment of Balanced Scorecards and KPI frameworks across business and support functions.
• Develop meaningful leading and lagging indicators that provide early visibility of risks and future performance outcomes.
• Drive target-setting and performance planning processes that translate strategic ambitions into measurable commitments.
• Establish performance review forums and management routines that strengthen accountability and execution.
• Monitor organizational performance, identify risks and delivery gaps, and drive timely corrective action.
• Develop executive dashboards and performance reporting that support informed decision-making.
• Lead and develop a small Enterprise Performance team while influencing leaders across the organization to strengthen performance ownership and accountability.

Skills & Experience Required

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management, Corporate Performance, Strategy Execution, Business Performance, Transformation, or Management Consulting.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Balanced Scorecards, KPI frameworks, target-setting methodologies, and performance governance models.
• Demonstrated experience building and transforming performance management capabilities within large and complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of leading and lagging indicators and their application in driving business performance.
• Experience developing executive-level dashboards, performance reporting, and management insights.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
• Experience leading teams and driving change across complex organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. Postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
