Job summary

M&C Saatchi in Dubai seeks a dynamic Community Outreach & Presentation Coordinator for a fixed-term contract (mid-Sep to end-Nov). You will source and onboard target demographics, host sessions in schools and corporate settings, and drive engagement across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of agency account coordination, event operations, community management, or experiential marketing.
• Excellent corporate communication and presentation skills, comfortable addressing groups.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Must hold valid UAE residence visa and medical insurance.
• Valid UAE driving license and ability to commute between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and onboard target demographics into community programs.
• Facilitate, host, or assist in workshops and presentations in school or corporate settings.
• Drive audience engagement across community touchpoints.
• Serve as point of contact for corporate clients and manage routine updates.
• Track and manage approvals and ensure sign-offs on assets and documents.
• Maintain positive relationships with corporate clients and partners.
• Coordinate site inspections and vendor coordination for roadshows.
• Oversee logistics and distribution of promotional merchandise.
• Monitor day-to-day expenses and assist in budget tracking.
• Collaborate with creative and digital teams and prepare status reports.
• Use MS Excel to track data and performance metrics.
