Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) is seeking an Events and Social Media Manager in Dubai with 7+ years of experience to develop social media strategies and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. You will lead client engagement initiatives and end-to-end events, from planning to post-event reporting, partnering with Relationship Managers and segment heads.

You will design experiential marketing programs to differentiate the brand and drive performance, requiring excellent English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing communications, client engagement, or experiential marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media initiatives and content calendar (LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Create and oversee high-quality content, including executive posts, thought leadership, video snippets, and campaign amplification.
• Track and report on performance metrics (engagement, impressions, VTR, pipeline influence).
• Lead planning and execution of client events, executive roundtables, forums, sponsorships, and trade activations.
• Design experiential marketing initiatives to enhance the client experience and differentiate the brand.
• Work with Relationship Managers and segment heads to support targeted client engagement programmes.
• Ensure end-to-end event execution: venue sourcing, production, branding, guest management, and post-event reporting.

Job Role: Events and Social Media Manager Experience: 7+ years Contract duration: 5 months Location : Dubai
Social Media Develop and manage social media initiatives and content calendar (primarily Linked In, Instagram). Create and oversee high-quality content, including executive posts, thought leadership, video snippets, and campaign amplification. Track and report on performance metrics (engagement, impressions, VTR, pipeline influence, where applicable). Client Engagement & Experiential Marketing Lead planning and execution of client events, executive roundtables, forums, sponsorships, and trade activations. Design experiential marketing initiatives to enhance the client experience and differentiate the brand. Work closely with Relationship Managers and segment heads to support targeted client engagement programmes. Ensure seamless end-to-end event execution, including venue sourcing, production, branding, guest management, and post-event reporting. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.7 years+ of experience in marketing communications, client engagement, or experiential marketing (preferably within financial services or B2B environments). Proven experience managing social media platforms, particularly Linked In, Instagram and You Tube. Demonstrated experience delivering corporate events and sponsorship activations across segments and markets. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and attention to detail.
