Job summary

M+C Saatchi UK is seeking an On-Ground Operations & Supplier Coordination professional for activations in Dubai. The contract runs from September 15 to February 12, supporting venue sourcing, vendor coordination, logistics, and budget monitoring for roadshows and community activations.

You will lead community outreach, facilitation of sessions, audience engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to translate client objectives into actionable briefs, with regular status updates and data

Responsibilities

• Site Inspections: Conduct and assist with venue sourcing and participate in onsite inspections for roadshows and community activations to review crowd flow and layout feasibility.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise directly with external vendors, production houses, and event suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
• Logistics & Merchandise: Coordinate the inventory, quality assurance, and distribution of promotional giveaways and branded corporate merchandise.
• Budget Tracking: Assist in maintaining project financial records, monitoring day-to-day expenses to prevent variances.
• Program Onboarding: Actively source, engage, and onboard target demographics, schools, and educational institutions into dedicated community programs.
• Facilitation & Hosting: Confidently facilitate, host, or assist in running sessions, interactive workshops, and presentations within school or corporate settings.
• Audience Engagement: Drive participation and maintain enthusiasm across community touchpoints, ensuring programs meet their social engagement objectives.
• Creative Briefing: Work with internal teams to communicate project needs, helping translate client objectives into actionable briefs for creative and digital teams.
• Status Reporting: Utilize MS PowerPoint to prepare project status updates, operational timelines, and post-event summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Data Tracking: Use MS Excel to manage project databases, track basic performance metrics, and log community feedback.
