Role Description

The Experienced Engineering and Project Professional is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates. This position is responsible for leading and coordinating engineering projects in industrial environments, including warehouses, plants, and logistics operations. Day-to-day tasks include scoping project requirements, translating operational needs into technical specifications, and collaborating with software and specialist teams to implement production-ready solutions. The role involves overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring smooth integration of industrial software and engineered systems. The professional will regularly interact with cross-functional stakeholders, prepare project documentation, support implementation and commissioning activities, and drive continuous improvement across engineering and operational workflows.
