Job summary

KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is seeking Maintenance Technicians with a service mindset to deliver professional service to customers in the UAE. You will perform regular maintenance checks, attend call-outs, and ensure equipment safety and performance while maintaining open, proactive communication with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Candidates with basic IT skills will be given a preference.
• Candidates with basic digital foundation skills will be the right candidate for this position.

Responsibilities

• Customer relationship management and on-site communication of callouts and work performed.
• Ensure equipment safety and performance with accurate reporting at equipment level.
• Identify site risks and communicate them to supervisor; take on-site action for high-risk issues.
• Execute service visits (planned maintenance, callouts, service repairs) respecting schedules and time limits.
• Submit timesheets and maintain service tooling, van, and instruments in good condition.
• Provide regular updates to supervisor on all relevant information.
