About The Job

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Experience Strategist to join our team. In this role, you’ll connect business goals with human experience and emerging technologies. You’ll lead client discovery, map processes and journeys, and identify opportunities where intelligent solutions can streamline operations or enhance experiences.

You’ll collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and solution builders to design approaches that are both efficient and intuitive. Your work will help shape strategies and pilots that show real results and open the door to new ways of working.

What You\'ll Do
  • Run discovery sessions with clients to uncover operational challenges, user needs, and areas for improvement.
  • Map customer and employee journeys to highlight friction points and opportunities.
  • Translate business challenges into clear use cases where intelligent solutions can streamline processes or enhance experiences.
  • Design future-state service blueprints that integrate technology seamlessly.
  • Collaborate with builders and engineers to scope and prototype solutions.
  • Present findings, roadmaps, and pilots to client stakeholders.
  • Contribute to frameworks and playbooks that make our process scalable.
Requirements
  • Experience in service design, strategy consulting, or digital transformation.
  • Strong ability to map workflows, customer journeys, and business processes.
  • Familiarity with automation tools or emerging technologies and how they apply in a business context.
  • Skill in visualizing opportunities through journey maps, blueprints, or ROI cases.
  • A balance of analytical thinking (ROI, KPIs, efficiency) and human-centered design (adoption, usability, trust).
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills; confident leading workshops and executive discussions.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • At least 5 years of experience in relevant strategy, design, or transformation projects.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and project environments.
  • Willingness to work on-site with clients if required
