Job summary

KAIZEN Asset Management Services in Dubai seeks a seasoned Community Manager to lead management of a flagship project. You will oversee financial, maintenance and resident experience, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and bylaws while driving service excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in owners association management, strong communication, and expertise in financial reporting, sustainability, and real estate regulations within the UAE. A master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Real Estate (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in owners association management.
• Certification in property/owners association management (CMCA, M100, PCAM).
• Strong knowledge of local UAE laws related to owners' associations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community management, including financial management, maintenance and resident experience.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and owners association bylaws.
• Monitor service providers' performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize and grow buildings under management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Lead sustainability, environmental stewardship and technology initiatives.
• Establish strong relationships with property owners, vendors and authorities.
• Regularly assess building operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients.
