Job summary

KAIZEN Asset Management Services in Dubai seeks an experienced Community Manager to oversee owners association operations, financial management, maintenance, and resident experience. You will ensure compliance with local laws and bylaws while optimizing service delivery and reporting to senior management.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Admin/Real Estate, 5+ years in OA management, CMCA or equivalent certification, and strong communication, leadership, and sustainability focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is required.
• CMCA certification or other recognized OA/property management certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in owners association management.
• Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to owners’ associations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficient in financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community management including financial management, maintenance, and resident experience.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and owners association bylaws.
• Monitor service providers’ performance to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Develop strategies to optimize and grow buildings under management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Lead sustainability initiatives and technology integration.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, vendors, and authorities.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in owners association management
• certification in property management or owners association management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM)
• Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to owners' associations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in financial management and reporting
