Job summary

Prime Source Expense Experts, a Buyers Edge Platform brand, is seeking a proactive customer success professional in Dubai to streamline vendor programs and maximize client value.

You will coordinate multi-stakeholder workflows, analyze spend data in Excel, and provide data-driven support for RFPs, bids, and pricing negotiations.

This role focuses on retaining clients, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering timely, well-documented follow-up across projects.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in customer success, sales ops, data analysis, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.
• Proficiency in data organization, spend analysis, and reporting tools like Excel.
• Ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder workflows and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles with a proactive, service-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative and analytical workflows for complex vendor deals.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for existing clients to identify growth opportunities and retention risks.
• Provide data-driven support for RFPs, bids, vendor negotiations, and internal pricing analysis.
• Prepare, clean, and organize customer spend data and utilization reports.
• Identify gaps where customers are not maximizing programs or contracts.
• Manage project coordination, documentation, and customer follow-up activities.
