Job summary

Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a UAE National_Sourcing Executive for Corporate Services in Dubai. The role focuses on media and marketing procurement, coordinating category plans, sourcing initiatives, and managing vendor relationships to optimize spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Procurement or finance certification is an added value.
• Over 3 years of experience in Marketing and Advertising agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category sourcing strategies including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Document bid events through supplier correspondence.
• Develop supplier selection criteria and drive approval with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct supplier negotiations and ongoing management.
• Implement supplier risk analysis and develop negotiation strategies.
• Lead supplier relationships for value extraction in quality, cost, and innovation.
• Manage Marketing suppliers' performance against SLAs and conduct evaluations.
• Maintain/update vendor lists with qualifications, delivery times, and future potentials.
• Establish internal customer relationships through timely and professional communication.
• Manage contracts including negotiation and terms, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Drive procurement efficiency aligned with strategy.
• Generate/update management reports timely.

Overview Of The Role:

As a Procurement Executive specializing in Media and Marketing, the role involves coordinating category plans, sourcing initiatives, and managing vendor relationships to optimize the spend. You will enhance process efficiency, ensure adherence to procurement policies and collaborate seamlessly with both UAE-based and international business units. Success is defined by effective supplier negotiations, management of complex contracts and achieving significant cost savings while upholding quality and innovation standards.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and execute category sourcing strategies including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Document bid events through supplier correspondence.
• Develop supplier selection criteria and drive approval processes with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct supplier negotiations and ongoing management.
• Implement supplier risk analysis and develop negotiation strategies.
• Interact with stakeholders to lead supplier relationships for value extraction in quality, cost effectiveness, and innovation.
• Manage Marketing suppliers' performance against SLAs and conduct evaluations, audits, and qualifications.
• Maintain and update vendor lists, including qualifications, delivery times, and future potentials.
• Establish effective internal customer relationship management through timely and professional communication.
• Manage contracts, including negotiation and incorporation of terms, conditions, KPIs, and service level metrics.
• Ensure business process efficiency and improvements in alignment with Procurement strategy.
• Work with team members and Procurement Manager to complete duties as needed.
• Generate and update management reports timely.
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors.

What Qualifies You For The Role:
