Qatar Wellness Network is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager (Expat) for our upscale Abu Dhabi venue. This seasonal role offers a salary of 1800$ monthly, with potential for a permanent position for high performers.

Accommodation is provided for expat candidates and a smooth transition is supported. The ideal candidate brings minimum 3 years of experience managing a high-end restaurant, strong leadership, and a track record of growth while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as Restaurant Manager in a high-end establishment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, training, and evaluations.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure stock levels and supplies meet operation needs.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization according to health codes and company standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to create seasonal menu items and specials.
