Job summary

Experientia Interiors Exhibitions Events in Dubai is seeking an Exhibition Designer to design and develop creative exhibition stands and branded environments. You will conceptualize design ideas, produce 3D visuals and layouts, prepare technical drawings, and collaborate with project/production teams to ensure flawless execution.

Role requires translating client brand objectives into spatial concepts, coordinating with vendors, and supporting on-site build-up and show periods.

Role Description

The Exhibition Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for designing and developing creative exhibition stands and branded environments. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing design ideas, creating 3D visuals and layouts, preparing technical drawings, and collaborating with the project and production teams to ensure accurate execution. The role involves working closely with clients to understand brand objectives, translating them into compelling spatial and graphic concepts, and refining designs based on feedback. The Exhibition Designer also supports material selection, detailing, and coordination with vendors to ensure designs are feasible, on-brand, and delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Ability to conceptualize and develop Exhibit Design solutions, including stand layouts and experiential spaces.
• Strong 3D Design skills using relevant software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Illustrator, or similar, and preferably InDesign and SketchUp) for visualizations and presentations.
• Experience in Interior Design for commercial and branded environments, with attention to materials, finishes, and spatial planning.
• Proficiency in Graphics and visual communication for signage, branding, and display elements within exhibition stands.
• Solid Drawing skills for technical detailing, plans, and elevations, ensuring accurate handover to production teams.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Exhibition Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple projects running in parallel.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and quality.
• Prior experience in exhibitions, events, or spatial branding in the Middle East region is an advantage.
• Open to supporting project management activities and overall planning of projects, and available to go on-site during build-up and show period to support our customers if required.
• Support our other organisation, Hotel Interiors LLC-FZ, with projects related to various requirements. Interior Design, Space planning, Shop drawings, Product Design, and more.
