Job summary

Mashreq is seeking a senior technology leader to drive a treasury technology transformation across the Trading Cluster in the UAE. The role focuses on implementing Integral, LSEG, XLR8, Meta Trader and Trade Net, and digitizing treasury tech with agile practices.

Ideal candidates will bring deep banking/treasury knowledge, proven program management experience, and strong vendor and stakeholder management capabilities to enable rapid, cost-effective delivery of multi-system programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 12+ years in similar treasury/technology leadership roles with complex end-to-end implementations.
• Deep knowledge of treasury products and large-scale program implementations.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies and project tracking tools.
• Cross-border, cross-functional team management experience.
• Strong business orientation with stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Proven ability to align technology with business strategy and drive value.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive a treasury technology transformation program across the Trading Cluster.
• Define delivery roadmap and timelines for Treasury Technology digital initiatives.
• Build organizational capabilities to enable rapid deployment using agile methods.
• Manage budgets and oversee cluster-wide digital transformation programs.
• Engage stakeholders across Mashreq Bank to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze market solutions and propose implementations to grow the business.
• Interact with trading desks to understand requirements and validate solutions.

Education

BS/B.Tech Degree, MS/M.Tech. preferred.
