Job summary

Michael Page is advising on a rare UAE national opportunity at the centre of executive decision-making. You will support a senior leader on strategic priorities and across organisation-wide initiatives, translating ambition into tangible outcomes while engaging across government, industry and institutional stakeholders.

The role offers exposure to founding leadership, direct interaction with boards and government stakeholders, and a path toward long-term executive development within a nationally

Qualifications

• UAE National with family book and eligibility to work in the UAE.
• Experience in Executive Affairs, Strategy, Government Affairs or similar environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted adviser on strategic priorities, opportunities and risks.
• Drive progress against executive objectives and key initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior government and external stakeholders.
• Support board, governance and executive leadership activities.
• Lead high-profile cross-functional projects and special initiatives.
• Represent senior leadership in selected external engagements.
• Help establish operating cadence, processes and effectiveness of the Executive Office.
