The Executive Sous Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, implement menu standards, and foster a culture of creativity and excellence. Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive culinary leadership experience in luxury hotels or premium hospitality environments.
• Previous Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, quality assurance, and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and events.
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and preparation are maintained to high standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for culinary staff.
