Responsibilities

• Screen review and prioritize incoming correspondence ensuring the President/Vice President is informed of critical matters.
• Coordinate and organize official visits including dignitaries and VIP guests in collaboration with the Protocol Director.
• Support the execution of directives projects and strategic initiatives ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
• Draft review and edit official correspondence reports and speeches particularly in Arabic.
• Verify the accuracy and quality of sensitive Arabic documents prepared by other departments.
• Manage and maintain the Presidents/Vice Presidents calendar including meetings and appointments.
• Organize meetings and ensure all participants are informed of schedules agendas and logistics.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
• Represent the Presidents Office in communications with external entities partners and officials.
• Ensure high standards of accuracy efficiency and professionalism in all deliverables.

Job Purpose

The Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Office of the President/Vice President. The role is responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of executive operations supporting decision-making processes and facilitating effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience
