RIG (Recruitment International Group) is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a premium dining concept in Dubai. You will lead day-to-day operations, uphold exceptional guest experiences, and drive financial performance in a combined fine dining and premium casual setting.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership, a proven track record in high-end restaurants, and the ability to train and motivate front-of-house teams while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• Senior-level hospitality background with a focus on fine dining and premium casual dining.
• Hands-on manager with proven leadership and team development experience.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service standards, and financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure high standards of food, beverage, service, and guest experience.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop front-of-house staff including supervisors, waiters, hosts, bartenders and runners.
• Conduct daily briefings to align service standards with business priorities and monitor service on the floor.
• Manage reservations, table management, guest flow, and staffing levels while controlling labour costs.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to ensure smooth front- and back-of-house communication and ensure SOP compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management; analyse sales and identify revenue opportunities.
• Drive guest engagement, handle feedback professionally, and manage VIP guests when required.
