Job summary

Xad Technologies is seeking a Procurement Engineer or Senior Quantity Surveyor in Sharjah, UAE, to handle project tender submissions, review documents, and provide contractual advice. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of experience in the UAE building construction industry, preferably with Electrical Contractors, and a strong knowledge of Electrical, ELV, and ICT systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is essential, and basic AutoCAD skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the building construction industry in UAE.
• Experienced in tendering for projects.
• Profound knowledge of Electrical, ELV and ICT systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project tender submissions such as Cost Breakdown, Quotation, and Bills of Quantities.
• Review all tender documents including Drawings and Scope of Work.
• Generate preliminary design and costing for Design & Build tender.
