Job description
Overview

Support the Section Head in the day to day activities of the department to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and profitability for the business.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare lease agreements/contracts and ensure they are in compliance with community rules, leasing, property services regulations, company policies and practices to ensure quality services.
  • Send lease renewal notices on time and record feedback.
  • Regularly monitor the community, identify breaches, send circulars, compliance notices and breach letters to ensure that community rules are followed.
  • Attend to customer queries and follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Keep abreast of new laws related to lease administration to respond efficiently to customer queries.
  • Follow action plans resulting from coordination with customers to understand requirements for improvement in continuous business leading to profitability and high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the team through effective coordination to ensure allocation of all resources and implementation of standards and controls to ensure that property management service activities meet or exceed customer expectations and Service Level Agreements.
  • Maintain a daily record of handovers and walk-in customers to ensure accurate records of all activities.
  • Regularly follow up and maintain close relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction after delivery of property services.
  • Prepare reports to provide the manager with timely information for review of property management activities.
