Responsibilities

• Direct business, technical, financial, and administrative functions of assigned programs.
• Negotiate scope changes with clients and relevant subcontractors.
• Mobilize resources and monitor program performance.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and discipline leads to ensure effective delivery.
