Job summary

Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to support major infrastructure and utility projects in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on construction planning, programme scheduling, progress monitoring, and time-related contractual assessments.

The candidate will review contractor baseline and updated programmes, develop integrated master schedules, evaluate progress, and support EOT and delay analysis. On-site work is required with multi-package coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of planning and scheduling experience.
• Strong Primavera scheduling capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for infrastructure and utility projects.
• Coordinate planning activities across multiple construction packages.
• Review contractor baseline programmes against contract requirements.
• Evaluate updated construction programmes and support approval processes.
• Identify scheduling interfaces and dependencies between project packages.
• Monitor progress and identify delays or slippages impacting milestones.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and dashboards.
