Job summary

Beautiful Destinations seeks an Executive Producer to own the Middle East program, leading senior client work and large regional campaigns from Dubai. You will shape production strategy, budgets and schedules, and coordinate with producers, creators and clients to deliver at-scale content.

You will guide feasibility, risk management and supplier relationships, while developing teams and leveraging AI to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

Around 10 years in production is a good guide, with senior‑level experience in large campaigns.
Experience leading multi-project programs and managing budgets across regions.
Ability to partner with clients, producers and creatives to deliver cinematic and social content.

Responsibilities

Own delivery of the Middle East program, overseeing 2 to 3 campaigns at a time.
Turn every sold project into a plan with brief, timing, scope, budget and production approach.
Lead, coach and back up Lead Producers and producers on day‑to‑day delivery.
Be the trusted delivery partner for senior clients on calls, in leadership meetings and on shoot days.
Think across the program to optimize budgets, supplier deals and team structure.
Deliver great work at strong margins with clear budgets and actuals.
Select the right creators for briefs and shape the work’s direction.
Manage feasibility, permitting, insurance and compliance regionally.
Lead initiatives to move BD forward, including AI and automation efforts.
