• Manage the sub developers’ profiles in Mina Rashid.
• Manage communication and documentation/approvals/submissions.
• Ensure all documents recorded in the shared folder.
• Prepare all Purchase and sale agreements.
• Ensure all developments process in line with the agreement timeline.
• Protect the company from any potential disputes.
