Le Chene is supporting a Private Family Office to appoint an Executive Housekeeper to oversee the daily management, cleanliness standards, and operational flow, with international travel.

Scope

• Complete operational leadership of daily housekeeping operations across a high-end private residence
• Direct supervision, scheduling, and hands‑on training of household support staff
• Implementation of strict hygiene, organization, and white‑glove presentation standards
• Seamless coordination with family office management, culinary, and personal logistics teams
• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally with the family as required

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE luxury hospitality, high‑end private households, or VIP luxury villas
• Language Requirement: Professional fluency in English AND fluency in at least one of the following languages: Russian, Polish, Ukrainian, Romanian, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Serbian, Belarusian, or Latvian
• Strong understanding of luxury residential protocols, high‑end housekeeping management, and private family service expectations
• Exceptional organizational capability, high energy, and complete discretion
• Open to candidates currently based in the UAE or overseas (prior UAE luxury market experience required)

Compensation & Package

• Base Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
• Travel: All international travel expenses covered by the employer
