On behalf of our prominent UHNW Clients based out on the prestigious PalmJumeirah in Dubai (UAE), we are seeking a full-time exceptionally-experienced Headof Housekeeping, with notable U.K. experience in managing housekeepingdepartments in 5-star hotels in London (Park Lane, W1,etc.) or in the US, - these top-tier hospitality establishments beingpart of wider international groups with a collection of world-class properties stretchingacross continents -.

The Candidate must have an operational knowledge of the housekeepingstandards practiced in 5-star or 7-star hospitality and be of au fait with theaforementioned standards. This is a non-negotiable asset to be had inorder to seamlessly fit in this role.

The family comprises 2 adults and 4 children living in a Villa on thePalm with 20 staff members catering to the family. The selected Head ofHousekeeping will evidently have the potential of handling the Principals’requests and will tactfully deal with female quarters, liaising with any of thisstakeholder’s personnel within this prominent household.

The expertise-driven Head of Housekeeping will have 4 staff members tomanage on the housekeeping team. In turn, the Head of Housekeeping will reportto the PA who is a direct report to the Principals. The Candidate chosen mustbe able to work both independently and collaboratively, wholeheartedly taking the lead and beinginstrumental in the smooth running the housekeeping team.

The ultimate Head of Housekeeping will exudenatural-born authority, whilst not being domineering, in order to instilconfidence in their team, prompting each and every one of them to delivertheir absolute best. With this in mind, the Head of Housekeeping will resort totheir soft skills, diplomacy and flair, to meticulously organize, anticipateand strategize the implementation of all the Principals’ lifestyle-relatedrequests by smartly getting the team into motion to best cater to thePrincipals’ needs, and this, across multiple homes if needed.

In this multi-faceted pivotal role, the Head of Housekeeping will leadby example, will deliver exceptional service, will routinely inspect each unitto ensure that all properties remain in pristine condition, will put newsystems in place, test-drive them and oversee challenging projects with theutmost professionalism and depth & will be able to train and mentor theirteam. Equally importantly, it will be highly appreciated for the Head of Housekeepingto display utter efficiently, to keep the standards exceptionally high whilst conducting their role in the most discreet demeanour.

It shall be expected that your thorough, second-to-none expertise in allthings crystallized around premium housekeeping management, leveraged by yourhigh-end hospitality background, will clearly set you apart from your peers inthe profession, notably when it comes to attending to the family’s needs andthose of any affiliated prestigious guests.

It is a full-time position with a 2-week probation period.

Requirements

The dutiesshall include, but not limited to:

• Experiencewith UHNW and VVIP Principals .
• Priorhousekeeping leadership roles in a luxurious environment: 5-star &/or 7-star establishmentsin the UK/US , etc.
• Used tomanaging a team: organizing shifts and rotas.
• Ifneeded, writing & implementing SOP Manuals (Standard OperationalProcedures).
• Cateringto all the Principal’s needs, the family’s, the children’s & any guests.
• Strategicplanning.
• Beingused to working in fast-paced environments.
• Conductingtasks in the most-timely manner.
• Strictlyadhering to etiquette and security protocols.
