Job summary

TALENTMATE in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, seeks an Executive-Level Engineering Leader to head cross-functional teams in RF, power electronics, embedded systems, software and AI solutions for defense and space programs.

You will drive system-level design, testing, and qualification, ensure compliance with MIL-STD, DO-178C, and international standards, and mentor engineers while shaping technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• PMP certification desirable.
• Knowledge of MIL-STD, IEEE/IEC standards.
• Experience with hardware, firmware, integration, V&V and production transition.
• Familiarity with configuration management and technical reviews in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in hardware/firmware design and qualification.
• Organize and chair design reviews; ensure compliance with standards.
• Define system requirements and integrate RF, AI, embedded control.
• Oversee hardware development, testing, and qualification.
• Oversee firmware/software lifecycle from requirements to verification.
• Design and integrate AI/ML/CV/NLP solutions for real-time analytics.
• Drive MBSE initiatives and maintain thorough documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist with resource planning.
