Job summary

HALCON in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Engineer – EECE to lead cross‑functional teams in RF systems, power electronics, embedded software, AI solutions. You will drive system‑level design, testing, and qualification for advanced defense technologies.

The role requires 8+ years in defense/aerospace electronics, leadership across hardware and firmware, and strong MIL‑STD/DO‑178C experience. Master’s preferred; PMP desirable.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical project management or embedded electronics development in defense/aerospace, ideally missile systems.
• PMP certification desirable.
• Knowledge of hardware, firmware, integration, qualification, V&V, and production transition.
• Familiarity with configuration management, technical reviews, milestones, and documentation in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional hardware/firmware teams to meet standards and qualifications.
• Organize design reviews and enforce MIL-STD, IEEE/IEC, DO-178C practices.
• Define system requirements and integrate RF, AI, and embedded control into platforms.
• Oversee firmware lifecycle from requirements to verification.
• Design and integrate AI/ML/CV/NLP for real‑time analytics.
• Drive MBSE, advanced R&D, and keep documentation traceable.
