A leading Abu Dhabi master developer is seeking a Senior Manager – Development Feasibility and Planning to join its Development team and play a key role in evaluating and shaping major mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, and master-planned developments. This position will be responsible for driving business planning, feasibility studies, financial modelling, and investment recommendations across a high-profile development portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the business planning and feasibility assessment of large-scale development projects and master plans.
• Develop robust business plans, investment cases, and financial feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct detailed financial and commercial analysis, including revenue forecasting, cost modelling, valuation, cash flow analysis, and risk assessment.
