FAB, a leading UAE bank, seeks a senior Investment Advisory leader for Private Banking and Key Client Groups in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will guide a team, deliver cross-asset investment ideas, and manage IA mandates with a focus on risk and client goals.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in investments, strong people management, and a track record of building portfolios aligned with house views and client risk profiles.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of financial markets and tools.
• Understanding of global economy, capital markets and risk management for client portfolios.
• Experience in investments business, asset classes and processes.
• Team player with strong communication and ability to work under deadlines.
• Bachelor's or higher in business/finance; professional qualification preferred (CPA/CFA).

Responsibilities

• Lead Investment advisory teams across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Attract and retain investment professionals and manage key client portfolios.
• Provide cross-asset advisory services aligned with bank views and client risk profiles.
• Ensure compliant advice per local regulations and global standards.
• Collaborate with coverage teams to acquire IA mandates and grow AuMs and revenues.
• Oversee portfolio management, risk monitoring and performance reviews.
