Job summary

INSEAD is seeking a Programme Manager, Executive Degrees for our Degree Programmes department at the Middle East Campus in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, temporary 9-month contract, hybrid work with 3 days on campus and 2 days from home; on-campus presence is required during programme delivery periods.

You will play a critical public relations role representing INSEAD to participants, ensuring world-class delivery of the GEMBA Flex programme while supporting other degree programmes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or events management
• 4 years of events coordination or client-facing experience in multinational environments
• Proficiency with Pack Office, PeopleSoft, and BI tools (Business Objects/Power BI)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-programme preparation activities across INSEAD to ensure seamless delivery and participant experience
• Manage programme communications and participant onboarding with timely information
• Liaise with faculty and external vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and delivery
• Oversee on-campus examinations and venue planning during programme delivery
• Provide post-programme administration including grades and evaluations
