Job summary

ENGIE Middle East seeks a full-time Contract Manager for our Abu Dhabi project team. The role is site-based, focusing on governance, risk and contract administration within a large-scale infrastructure setting.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in contract management, an engineering degree, and strong negotiation and MS Office skills to coordinate with project teams and legal. UAE region travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of contract management experience in construction or power/infrastructure projects.
• Experience with international industrial projects and on-site execution.
• Engineering degree or equivalent; strong understanding of contract management.
• Proven negotiation, analytical, and risk management abilities; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support claims management from project stakeholders and contractors.
• Review and analyse contracts to identify risks, opportunities, and implications.
• Ensure contract management aligns with contract terms and regulatory requirements.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and manage change and communications.
• Negotiate with EPC contractor to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
