Peko in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is seeking a Chief of Staff to work with the executive leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and streamline decision-making across product, operations, finance and commercial teams. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Qualifications

Strong strategic planning, business analysis, and problem-solving abilities to support executive decision-making.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
Project and program management experience, including structuring initiatives and timelines.
Background in operations, management consulting, finance, or tech-driven businesses (SaaS/fintech preferred).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Experience in or with Middle East organizations; strong English, Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities
