Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef to manage operations of Bani Yas City's kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, ordering, food preparation and presentation, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing leadership to the kitchen staff.

Requirements for the Candidate
The ideal candidate should possess excellent culinary skills as well as strong management and organizational abilities. They should have extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, menu development, safety and sanitation standards. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Additionally, they must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be detail oriented with strong problem solving skills, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.

Education: A degree or certification in culinary management is preferred but not mandatory.
Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial but not necessary.
Salary: 1000 AED per month
