Executive Chef job vacancy in Bani Yas City UAE

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Bani Yas City. The ideal candidate should have the ability to maintain a high standard of cuisine whilst ensuring excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including kitchen staff training and development, menu design and implementation, cost control and stock management. They will also be required to supervise all food preparation and cooking processes, as well as ensuring that the kitchen is kept clean and safe.

The role also includes developing relationships with suppliers, monitoring food quality and hygiene standards, liaising with senior management on menu planning and pricing, providing support to other kitchen staff, managing budgets and ordering supplies.

The successful Executive Chef must have at least two years of experience in a similar role. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a passion for producing high-quality dishes. Knowledge of current health & safety regulations is essential. We are open to considering applicants from immigrant backgrounds who can fulfill the requirements of the position.

The salary for this position is 1400 AED per month.
