Avanta Works in Abu Dhabi invites an experienced Executive Chef to lead our restaurant kitchen. You will oversee menu planning, food preparation, staff management, and ensure every dish meets top quality and safety standards.

In a fast-paced environment you will motivate the team, coordinate with suppliers, train new staff, control inventory and create new recipes to excite our guests. We offer a competitive salary package of 1300 AED per month with meals on duty and a transportation allowance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong menu planning and food presentation skills.
• Ability to manage kitchen staff and operations.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Executive Chef to join the team of our restaurant in Bani Yas City. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant’s kitchen, such as menu planning, food preparation and presentation, staff management and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.

To be successful as an Executive Chef, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a good eye for detail. You should also have a passion for food and cooking, with a deep understanding of the principles of good nutrition and diet.

The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and must possess strong leadership skills. The ability to multitask is essential.
