Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead the kitchen operations in line with Hyatt International standards. You will manage the kitchen as an independent profit centre, focusing on guest satisfaction and operating within budget to ensure the outlet's financial success.

The role requires strong expertise in Italian and Mediterranean cuisines, solid knowledge of kitchen hygiene, and proficiency in English and Italian. Prior luxury hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a hotel or reputable restaurant.
• Proven expertise in Italian and Mediterranean cuisines.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene, safety, and cost controls.
• Basic computer skills and recipe maintenance system familiarity.
• English and Italian language proficiency.
