Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead the kitchen as an independent profit centre, aligning with brand standards to maximize guest satisfaction while maintaining budget discipline.

The role requires expertise in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, strong kitchen hygiene practices, and proficiency with MS Office and recipe maintenance systems. Fluency in English and Italian is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience required: minimum 2 years as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant of good standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned kitchen as an independent profit centre in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt standards.
• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards and comply with occupational health requirements.
