Job summary

El-Fujairah UAE is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen team, plan menus and manage day-to-day operations. You will train staff, maintain safety standards and ensure high-quality, cost-effective dishes for our customers.

The role requires 3+ years in similar establishments, strong budgeting skills, and excellent communication. Competitive salary is offered with a focus on career progression within the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as an Executive Chef in similar establishments.
• In-depth knowledge of proper food handling techniques.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• A passion for creating delicious dishes.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Willingness to consider an immigrant.
• Salary 1000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Plan menus that are creative, appetizing and cost effective
• Monitor food supplies, ordering when necessary while ensuring freshness of ingredients
• Ensure that all recipes are followed accurately
• Monitor portion control to maintain profit margins
• Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure best prices on quality ingredients
• Hire, train and supervise staff in all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation standards
• Oversee sanitation practices to ensure that all food is prepared safely according to health regulations
